Michael Daly, President & Partner

President and founder of ElectroMedical Associates Inc. and co-founder of E-Management Associates, LLC., Mr. Daly has over thirty years of experience managing medical self pay accounts within a collection agency environment. Michael created both firms to handle medical claims exclusively and offers HIPAA compliant pre collection and collection services in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Michael is active in assisting his clients supporting MGMA and HFMA.
Dana Walker, Vice President & Partner

Vice President and co-founder of E-Management Associates, Dana Walker has over twenty years of experience in working with hospitals to successfully assist in the management of their active self pay accounts. As one of the first in the northeast to develop philosophies of patient friendly billing and tactical follow up, Dana used this knowledge and experience to create the Cash Acceleration System, a process that encompasses all elements of a truly patient friendly billing experience. Over the past decade Dana has maintained successful client relationships throughout New England and New York and is committed to the continual investment and innovation of services for his clients. He also actively supports HFMA and its Patient Friendly Billing Project and is a current member of the NH/VT HFMA chapter.
Jim Cook, Director of Information Systems

As an intern finishing his final year in college, Jim Cook began working with EMA in 2006 and has since used his knowledge and experience to assist the company by continuously updating the Cash Acceleration System as it keeps up with the fast paced demands of the healthcare industry and changing patient trends. Jim has a programming degree in computer science with a certificate in web development, and currently oversees all programming projects as the Director of Information Systems.
Ed Fasci Jr., Director of Client Implementation Services

With more than 40 years experience managing million dollar projects all over the world, Ed Fasci accepted the Director of Client Implementation Services position in 2002. Utilizing his decades of experience, Ed coordinates the implementation of E-Management services with assigned Management Teams for the client and within E-Management Associates.
Jason Cook, Senior Account Executive

Jason Cook joined EMA in 2008 to assist with the creation of a new marketing strategy to complement and expand the company’s already growing success. In addition to this, Jason also began to penetrate new markets to personally develop relationships with hospitals’ administration teams, and he is currently focusing his efforts to meet with directors and officers in Vermont, Maine, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Connecticut. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising with a minor in Graphic Design. He is also a current member of the MA/RI chapter of the HFMA and attends meetings in New England frequently.
Chris Healey, Senior Account Executive

With 20 prior years of experience within the healthcare industry, Chris Healey joined EMA in 2010 to meet with directors and officers throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, and Delaware to share the benefits of a tailored Cash Acceleration System. Chris graduated from Boston University with a Masters Degree in Social Work and is an active member in his community, including his time spent volunteering for the local boy scouts.
Courtney McKee, Revenue Cycle Director

With seven prior years of experience in leadership and management, Courtney McKee joined E-Management Associates in 2009 to assume the roll of Revenue Cycle Manager. Courtney graduated from McIntosh College in 2005 and now oversees a team of Customer Service Representatives responsible for making calls to patients of EMA’s clients. She also assists with new client implementations and daily client requests.
Debbie Pritchard, Business Manager

In 2001 Debbie Pritchard joined ElectroMedical Associates, Inc. as a Data Entry Supervisor and since that time has been a valuable asset to the organization, continually being promoted. Presently, Debbie holds the position of Business Manager for both companies managing receivables, payables and corporate records.
Chris Schaefer, Programmer

Experienced in computer science, programming, and networking, Chris Schaefer joined E-Management Associates, LLC. in 2008 to assist with daily programming tasks, client services, and innovative project design. Chris holds a degree in Computer Science and a certificate in fiber optics.
