Information Systems releases its proprietary software which will scan its FTP server every three minutes, download and delete new files received. While EMA hosts and supports its own Secure FTP server, by downloading and removing files received by clients every three minutes, PHI is guaranteed to be secure. The new software also provides the functionality to notify customers by email immediately we new files are received and provide any details about the files received such as files size, number of records, etc…

Reporting directly to the President, assuming the role of Collection Manager, Dominick is responsible for servicing ElectroMedical Associates clients and managing its Collection Representatives. Dominick has worked in the collection industry for 21 years and has been a Collection Manager for 20 of those years.
